Cuddora does not request or require customers to send PayPal passwords, login details, verification codes, or other sensitive payment credentials through email or chat.

If PayPal cannot authorize a transaction, the order may not be completed until a successful payment is received.

6. Declined Payments

If a PayPal payment is declined or cannot be completed, please check your PayPal account and payment information.

You may also contact PayPal directly if you believe there is an issue with your account or payment authorization.

7. Order Confirmation

After a successful payment, you will receive order confirmation information containing the details of your purchase.

If you do not receive an order confirmation after completing payment, please contact Cuddora support so we can assist you.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the original PayPal payment method used for the order.

Once Cuddora processes a refund, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your PayPal account may depend on PayPal's processing times.

9. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Cuddora as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests may only be accommodated before an order has entered processing or shipping.

If an eligible cancellation is approved after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed through PayPal.

10. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, or another payment-related issue, please contact Cuddora support so we can review the order.
